When growth stalls, the instinct is to add. More content. More ads. A new website. Another agency.
Sometimes that works. Usually it just makes the problem more expensive. At FRROST we start with one question instead: where is growth breaking?
How to use this
Read the three sections below. In each one, count how many statements are true for your business right now. Be honest; nobody's watching.
The section with the most ticks is probably your main constraint. Fix that first. Everything else can wait.
1. Authority: do they know and trust you?
โ People respect you in private, but strangers can't quickly understand why you're the right choice.
โ Your content sounds generic, or doesn't connect to what you actually sell.
โ Posting depends on your mood and free time.
โ Attention doesn't turn into real conversations or opportunities.
โ Referrals convert well, but cold audiences don't.
๐ก If this is you: the problem isn't volume. It's turning your real expertise into something the market can recognise, remember and trust.
2. Acquisition: does attention turn into demand?
โ A winning ad stops working and nobody knows what should replace it.
โ Organic content and paid ads are run as two separate worlds.
โ Your agencies deliver assets and reports, but nobody's actually learning what works.
โ The ad, the landing page and the offer don't feel like one story.
โ Results change, but you can't confidently say why.
๐ก If this is you: more creative won't help on its own. You need one learning system across creative, campaigns, pages and paid.
3. Operations: can you catch the demand you already have?
โ Leads slip through the cracks or get inconsistent follow-up.
โ Your CRM is incomplete, late or ignored.
โ Reporting eats time but rarely leads to a decision.
โ Every campaign needs a lot of manual coordination.
โ You're still the bottleneck for approvals and information.
โ You have AI tools, but no clear workflow or owner for them.
๐ก If this is you: you don't have a demand problem. You have a leak. Fix the leak before you pour in more.
What to do with your answer
Pick the section with the most ticks. That's where your next rupee and your next hour should go.
If two sections tie, start with the one closer to revenue. A leaking pipeline usually beats a brand problem in urgency.
And if you'd like a second pair of eyes, that's literally what FRROST does: we diagnose the constraint holding growth back, then build the system that removes it.
